$1,700 6 day trip for 2

My fiancée just told me he has $1,700 in travel credit with his chase card. We live in Austin Texas. Any recommendations on where we could go or what we could do? Dates are flexible. I don’t like cold weather. We like beaches but also like activities and nature. Not into drinking or clubbing. Don’t expect this to cover the whole trip was thinking just for the flights/hotel. Or maybe cruise? I’ve only been on one cruise but I hated it haha but it was Carnival so there’s that.
