2 week trip to Europe (regions of Germany/Netherlands/Spain)

Hello! My fiancé and I are starting to plan our 2 week Europe honeymoon for mid-late September/early October 2024 but can’t decide exactly where we want to go. We both would like to hit Amsterdam for sure and we’re also considering Munich for Oktoberfest, Belgium, Spain or Portugal. Also open to other suggestions! We don’t want to spread ourselves too thin or bounce around too much (maybe 3 places top? With stops along the way?). We both love smaller, quaint areas and towns as opposed to the big cities but aren’t opposed to them. We’d also like to try to incorporate one coastal spot. We’d would love to hear suggestions!!
