5 night honeymoon in the Maldives – Seeking advice for $10K budget (Jan 2026)

Hi everyone! I'm planning my honeymoon in the Maldives for January 2026 (5 nights), and this subreddit has been incredibly helpful so far. We're looking for a luxurious, romantic, and peaceful overwater experience. Here’s what we’re prioritizing (descending order of importance):

1. Overwater villa with an isolated feel from the room's deck (i.e., no visible boat traffic or neighboring villas as far as the eye can see) – an infinity pool or an ocean hammock is a big plus
2. Access to great house reef snorkeling without the need for a boat transfer – ideally lively, unbleached reef directly accessible from the room
3. Modern, neutral aesthetic – we love the design and finishes at Patina Maldives, with modern, minimal, clean lines, and a natural palette
4. Wide variety of cuisines with the option to arrange private sandbank meals
5. Quiet resort with minimal children – ideally adults only

Our budget is USD 10k including taxes, transfer from Male, and is at least half-board. We each have ~100k in Bonvoy points, but no elite status in any hotel loyalty program.

Is what we're looking for realistically achievable within USD 10k? If not, which compromises would you recommend? Are there any hidden gems or special offers that we should consider?
