7 Day Trip to Caribbean or Cabo. Private vibes with beach front rooms with plunge pool or swim up pool!

Title pretty much says it but me and my fiance are looking for a romantic trip for early June 2025 for our honey moon. We have never been to the Caribbean so we were interested anywhere in the islands there or possibly Cabo as we've already stayed on the east side of Mexico such as Cozumel and Cancun. We're trying to find a hotel that offers private and romantic vibes with rooms that have a plunge pool or swim up pool with a nice view. Our budget is anywhere from 3-5K. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
