My wife and I land in Tokyo Haneda Airport on the 22nd November. We will then be spending 3 nights in Tokyo. After that, we have no plans and no idea where to go or what to do. We fly back to the UK from Tokyo Haneda Airport on the 10th December.
This is my second time in Japan, but my wife's first. The first time I went, I was accompanied by a carer who planned and arranged everything for me. This time, it is just me and my wife. Both of us are autistic and physically disabled. I am a rollator user and she has chronic fatigue and needs to rest frequently.
I'm feeling completely lost on how to manage this. Only thing I know is that my wife wants to go to a ryokan and prefers quieter, more rural places.
I'm feeling really out of my depth on what steps to take to even plan. Starting to get really anxious and panicky.
