Addendum to Honeymoon in Japan

Hi everyone, I just got married over the weekend and am now planning our trip to Japan in May.

I want to tack on 3-4 days to lounge on a tropical paradise beach somewhere. I’m strongly considering Okinawa to keep the trip confined to Japan, but am wondering where else I should consider.

Philippines? Bora bora, Fiji, etc? I’m from the Caribbean so I want to keep it to the Pacific since I’ve never been (we’ve never been anywhere in Asia).

Main features I’m looking for are warm waters, great food, snorkeling, and not insanely expensive (which I’ve heard Fiji is).

Would really appreciate any suggestions!
