Advice needed: tropical destination for mid November?

Hello all! Me and my husband are wanting to go somewhere tropical in mid-late November.

Needs: private plunge pool, a lot of sun for suntanning + warm pool water, high chance of mostly sunny weather in general, a view of the ocean; scenic beaches nearby when we want to take a dip. We want the feeling of complete privacy, so no buildings/view of any other visitors nearby.

Budget is around $4,000 USD for ~5-7 nights.

So far I’ve found a few potential spots in the Puntarenas Province of Costa Rica. If anyone can weigh in with any advice or tips, please let me know! Willing to travel just about anywhere.
