Advice post!!

Help y’all!

I’m on my honeymoon and we booked a luxury Airbnb with butler service. We paid over 3k for 11 days.

Property was advertised as beach front and included many picture or a clean pristine beach with directly access from the Airbnb.

We arrived and everything was great but then we decided to check out the beach and it’s filthy. so much trash we won’t be able to swim! I’m talking like an obscene amount of trash. Tons of small pieces we can’t easily pick up. We’d have to spend days picking it up.

We talked to the butler and she mentioned that it washes in from another island and that there’s nothing they can do. I just don’t know what we should do!

I feel bad because the staff is wonderful and made us a great dinner. But we booked this place so we could swim! And the beach is quite gross. What would you do? What should we do? Text them? Contact Airbnb and leave?
