All inclusive adults only resort recommendations?

My fiance and I are looking to book at an adults only all inclusive for a week next October for our honeymoon and are starting to browse options. There are so many options, so any recommendations in the Mexico or Caribbean regions (or other areas to consider)? We both prefer the resort have nicer pools- rather than a nice beach which we don't have a preference if there is an accessible beach. Any place that offers rooms that have some sort of feature to the room- like private access to the pool or soaking tub, anything like that would be a great bonus. Wanting to ideally stay under $5,000 for about 6 nights not including the flights. Any recommendations or places recommended to stay away from?? Thank you!!
