All inclusive resorts that aren’t in Mexico or Jamaica annnnd go!

My fiancé and I have finally decided we are going to go with the all inclusive route instead of a Europe trip. However, we don't really care to go to the 'basic' places that everyone goes to like Mexico, Jamaica, DR… mainly because I'm going to Mexico in April for my best friends wedding, and then we are going to Punta Cana in May for my birthday. So, I would like to avoid those for the honeymoon. We are wanting to splurge a bit on a swim up room. Give me your favorite all inclusives! Or, all inclusives that you have booked for your honeymoon!
