Any experience with Sandals resort in Jamaica?

Ive always wanted to stay a couple nights in a over water bungalow. I saw that there is two in Jamaica (montego bay and whitehouse) and also one in st lucia. Any recommendations out of those? Also are there a lot of mosquitoes causing these open bungalows to be uncomfortable? I heard its not safe to leave the resort so are there a lot of things to do inside? Thanks!
