Any suggestions for a September honeymoon? Leaving from Atlanta, Ga.

We love all inclusive but most Caribbean places are in hurricane belt. Would love to go to Italy or Portugal but want to be relaxed and not have to move around from place to place the whole time. We will probably go for 10 days. Budget 8k. We love anywhere that has a mix of ocean and mountains
