August 10 day honeymoon planning

So my fiancée and I are planning a 10 day honeymoon and have some destination ideas but aren’t too sure as to how to go along with planning it. We both have over 120,000+ points on our Amex cards to use hopefully on travel and stay and have also thought about the idea of using a travel agent but haven’t done much research. We want to have a few days of just pure relaxation possibly in a resort but also be able to explore the nearby areas and do alot of activities. Any ideas or help or reputable travel agency companies that are fair to help us out with this? Thanks !
