August in Mexico?

Hey, all!

My fiance and I were interested in honeymooning in Mexico. Unfortunately, my vacation time does not correspond with wedding time. I have three weeks off in August, but I’ve been reading that August is rainy season in Mexico.

Anybody vacation in Mexico in August or have any recommendations on where to go? Does not necessarily have to be Mexico.
