Thinking of Vietnam or Philippines the last week of August. Obviously I know it depends and I could get lucky (or unlucky during monsoon season), but curious if people had any thoughts or experience.
Was leaning towards Palawan Island which I saw someone comment on since that's the western most part of the country they are less impacted?
Thoughts or suggestions ?
