Bali Help! 1 Night Left to Plan

Hey everyone!
I've tried to do my own research but, to be honest I got lost with all the options available to us. I also got a bit lost looking at google maps because I gather it's very hilly and as such, it's not super easy to get around. Do tell me if that's wrong though.

We are going on the Dive Concepts Bali 13D12N diving safari and it ends on a Saturday. We can't fly for 24 hours after diving so we want to tack a night in Ubud in on the end. We want to spend Saturday and the majority of the day on Sunday around Ubud.

What are the best things to do and where should we stay? What restaurants would you recommend?

Having been beach/sea side for the majority of the trip, we're keen to go inland. I'd really like to go to a market, maybe do some relaxing or visit a waterfall/similar.

I've copied and pasted the land activities that are included so they can be disregarded from the options:

• stop for lunch with a stunning view of the Tamblingan, Buyan, and Beratan lakes for pictures and then take the road to Pemuteran
• On the road, you will stop to visit the authentic Pura Melanting temple, and Brahmavihara-Arama.
• On the road to the Sanur harbor, you will stop to visit the famous Tirta Gangga Temple and have a lunch in Sanur.
