Basque Country?

Hi all!

My husband and I are planning to visit Basque Country this summer as our honeymoon. We'd like to stay in San Sebastian and Bilbao, but are having a hard time deciding which smaller cities/areas are also worth visiting.

We love to eat, drink, and hike. We'd like to rent a car so we can hop around and do lots of exploring. If anyone has suggestions for places to visit, etc, we are all ears! Thank you!
