Beachy Honeymoon ideas 10-14 days in Jan or Feb of 2026?

Hey y'all,

we're trying to pick a destination for super relaxing (but with great snorkeling and maybe some hikes or other outdoorsy things) for a warm weather honeymoon in January or February 2026. We like to relax on the beach, get out in nature, and swim / snorkle and pretty much want to be beach potatoes and relax. We don't love crowds or nightlife so "boring" is just fine (we're recuperating from handling a lot of family stuff that had us cancel our initial honeymoon), but there must be good dining options (we're both celiac, so we need gluten-free foods). For this reason, we usually avoid AI resorts that rely on buffets. On the ground budget of 4-5K, and flying out of the west coast, US.
We've been to several hawaiian islands, Akumal, Tulum, and Cozumel and loved them all but are looking for something different this time.
