Food, entertainment, and value wise, what is the best AI option for 9 day honeymoon?

We are flying into the airport near Ocho Rios so we will do the first 4-5 days there and the last 4-5 days in Negril which is near where we are flying out of. Budget is $8,850.

We love to do excursions and would love resorts with a bunch of different activities and some nightlife. Any thoughts/suggestions are greatly appreciated 🙂
