Best use of AMEX points for honeymoon?

Hello! Sorry if this isn’t the best place to post but was looking for some advice on honeymoon planning

My fiancé and I are just about to book our honeymoon in the Philippines in Jan 2026 (travelling from London, likely to Palawan and Bohol) and we wanted to figure out the best way to use our AMEX points. We both have AMEX rewards cards with about 60,000 points between us (split fairly equally).

We’ll have about 11 days to spend there excluding travel and are looking for nice (but not necessarily overly luxurious) accommodation. We’re also planning to travel economy but would be open to business class if it makes sense with points.

What is the best way to spend our points? Does it make more sense to spend them on flights or hotels? I’ve never used Amex points before so I’m a bit confused about the whole thing
