Boutique villa style in January in the Caribbean

Hello! We are a US couple planning on our honeymoon for January 2026! We'd like to stay right around 7-9K not including flights and our plan is to stay a week. Our musts: adult only, decent food, villa/cottage style rooms (plunge pool a plus), and on property beach access. We are more interested in relaxing over tons of partying or absolute mad crowds of people on the same property. We want an AI (and have posted in that subreddit as well). So far, we've been looking at Cocobay, Keyonna Beach, and Cocos in Antigua. We aren't sure where else to look and want to make sure we aren't overlooking somewhere (resort or island) that we've not thought of. Any others to to add to the list? Any yays or nays for the three we've listed? Thank you!
