CANNOT decide for May 2025 honeymoon- help!

At first we were considering Sugar Beach in St Lucia but it’s out of our budget. Seems like the other AI resorts are underwhelming with food options. We’re looking to spend between $5-6k just on accommodations. We ideally would want somewhere all inclusive. We have been to DR and Mexico and we’ve loved both, but wanting to go somewhere new. We want to mostly relax on a beautiful beach, we like a calm ocean wave and AMAZING food because we are definitely foodies. We went to Paradisus in Mexico and were very impressed there. We are considering going back to DR but its our honeymoon so we feel we want it to be special and different. We were looking at Antigua but it seems like a lot of the AI options are mediocre when it comes to food. It seems like smaller islands have amazing beaches but food and service aren’t comparable to DR or Mexico. Any advice? We are in the USA Northeast so under a 6 hour flight.
