Wife and I want to have our honeymoon this coming fall/winter (1 year anniversary).
We ideally want to go to Cancun/Tulum, Belize or even a Caribbean island if it falls within budget. However…. Every time we research into a destination there are “travel advisory’s” for pretty much everywhere.
How serious do we take these advisory’s? I’ve been to Mexico, Jamaica and the Bahamas in my lifetime with what seemed like no issues. What gives?
Also any input on your experiences would be appreciated.
