Cheap honeymoon destination

Hello, my fiancé and I are planning to get married and want to go somewhere for our honeymoon. We both love to travel and want to explore the world together as much as we can. We are both students and don't have that much money saved (around 3000 euros). We are from the Middle Europe (Slovakia). I wanted to get your recommendations for a cheap destination to travel to for 3 weeks – month. We want to explore and see different cultures, but generally something not dangerous or too unfriendly to tourists. Thanks for any help! We really appreciate it <3
