Costa Rica recommendations for April

Hi – we are eyeballing Costa Rica for our honeymoon in early to mid April 2025. Id love resort and excursion recommendations. Also, if it’s safe, American friendly, etc. We want an all inclusive on the beach. Not sure if Pacific or Gulf side. Thanks!
