Croatia Itinerary

Created this itinerary for our honeymoon in Croatia. We really need to get this planned soon. The itinerary feels a little full. Advice on what to cut? Anything I absolutely must do that I’m missing? Hotel suggestions?

Only catch is the ferry to/from Hvar and Vis are once per week on the same day otherwise we’d just hop over to vis and back.
