My fiancé and I are planning on getting married in Morocco in March 2026. A small elopement with family and friends. We plan on staying 4/5 nights. After, we’d like to directly start our honeymoon and wondering if anyone has any advice on where we should go. Originally I wanted to go to Tanzania or Kenya for a Safari, but tickets were just as expensive from Morocco as they are from America. Looking for somewhere that is monetarily feasible, where we can do a multi stop trip from Marrakesh —> honeymoon —> home (America) & a place full of adventure. We like more outdoor excursions + eating rather than tourist traps. Love to be immersed in the culture. It’s looking like parts of Europe on the Mediterranean are pretty reasonable flight wise. Also looked at the Azores which isn’t out of the picture. Looking for recommendations. Where did you go? What is a must see place. Thank you in advance!!
