Dude ranch style

Hello!

My husband I got married in October, and we originally were planning to go to Iceland this August. I'm in school and working full time, and he's now picked up a class and is working. We booked the plane tickets (refundable) to Iceland but we're both feeling overwhelmed with the planning and want to back peddle. We love the idea of Montana, Colorado, Wyoming, somewhere like that where we can horse back ride (I'm an equestrian & own my own horse, but he's usually supportive from the ground lol) fly fish, hike, outdoor type fun. Everything im finding is $3-5k PER NIGHT which is just not an option for us. Our budget is $5k with some wiggle room. Does anyone have suggestions or know travel agents or something that can help out? I'm overwhelmed with the planning process and feeling lost on which way to go with it. I don't want to do something that is commercial feeling, we're looking for authentic (but at least has a bed and showers lol)
