Early July 10 Days – Hawaii or…?

Hello! Fiance and I have about 10 days end of June/first week of July. We really want it to be memorable because it will be the last time we can take a big trip for 3 years due to his work. Budget is probably $20k (not including flights because those are being gifted to us). We would be flying out of Miami airport. We really want a mix of tropical/beach but also things to do. We love being able to walk into town to check out local cafes, coffee shops, wine bars, shops, etc. We are open to literally anywhere. He was thinking Hawaii and someone else suggested doing South Africa + Safari for the adventure part. Any other places we should check out?
