Europe trip or all inclusive resort for honeymoon??

My fiance and I are having our honeymoon October 2025 and would like to go for 10 days. Our budget is $6,000 total. I can find plenty of all inclusive resorts for that price, but the trouble is setting up a Europe trip to compare it to. This is our one big trip before we have kids so I would like to ideally choose a Europe trip because I feel like we can go to a resort anytime, but this is our honeymoon so I would like to go big. Originally we wanted Switzerland and Italy but, Switzerland is absurdly expensive so that idea died quick. We're looking at either doing Florence, Rome and Amalfi Coast in 1 trip but l'm getting quoted $15,000 and that's not including flights! We would like to do the museums, cities, wine tastings, beaches, the usual touristy things while having the relaxing balance. Any recommendations on more inexpensive Europe destinations or ways to make the Italy itinerary cost less?
