Gecko phobia

Hi, I'm looking to book my homeymoon in spring. Hoping to go somewhere sunny with nice beaches oitside of Europe. I am hoping to go somewhere that doesn't have geckos everywhere . Just looking for recommendations of places that you personally didn't see much geckos. I know it sounds like a silly fear, but I'm just anxious if they are going to be in hotel rooms.
