Greece, Italy or Croatia

Hi there, I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice, I’m really torn as to where to book a honeymoon. My initial thoughts is Lake Garda and or Sardinia, but then I see parts of Greece that look gorgeous and also think about Croatia. We went to Croatia and adored it and would love to go back so was also thinking of island hopping. We ideally want somewhere with unreal beaches, white sand if possible (which I know Croatia can be hard to find as mainly shingle beaches but the water was gorgeous), somewhere to relax but also things to explore. We quite enjoy history so enjoy looking at old buildings/ ruins etc. but also foodies!
