Half Adventure/Half Relaxing Honeymoon

My fiancé (32) and I (30) are trying to decide where to honeymoon! We like a mix of adventures/things to do and also some beach time. We are planning for November or December of 2025. Right now the top ideas I have are St. Lucia, Hawaii, and Bali. We are open to pretty much anything! This will be our last big trip before we settle down and start a family, so I’m inclined to something more like a “once in a lifetime adventure.” I’m unsure on all inclusive or not… I really don’t want to feel just stuck in a resort, but I am open to anything. I love to experience the culture! Our budget would be 10k or less if possible.
