Help my fiancé and I decide on where to go on our Honeymoon!

We would be taking this trip at the end of October, so it’s getting to be crunch time. We are relatively young (22) so this is our first time going on a real trip together just us 2! Besides quick, local ones. Our budget is about 4k, maybe a little more when including excursions. Flying out of the middle of the US. Also we get discounts on flights due to flight benefits, which helps with our budget. 5 nights, possibly 6.

1) Kauai, Hawaii: If we did this, we would stay in an Airbnb. This would be the most ideal location, but it would be more of an adventurous honeymoon. A tad less relaxing, but we would be going to beach, doing some excursions, hiking, and eating out a lot.

2) All-inclusive resort in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. This would be more relaxing, mostly staying at the resort and leaving some to explore the city.

3) Another all-inclusive anywhere in Mexico, the DR, etc. If y’all have anything you highly recommend, feel free to share!

I know the typical honeymoon is that all-inclusive vibe, but we just wanna go on a trip that feels like us honestly! We’ll take any advice!
