Help us decide on our honeymoon destination (Egypt or South Africa)

Hi guys,

As title says, we need some help picking our honeymoon destination. We've narrowed it down to two countries: Egypt or South Africa. We will be going in late September 2025. .

Both of us are well travelled, but neither has ever set foot in Africa so we're looking for advice, suggestions, and would love to hear about peoples experiences in either. We're looking to spend 3-4 weeks in the one country so we can take our time, relax and have plenty of spare time for adventure.

I've heard pros and cons of both countries, but always best to hear it directly from people that have been there, so the floor is yours my friends, advise away!
