Help us find a spot for a relaxing honeymoon?! (end of May, 5k budget, beach, great food)

I'm sure I'm speaking into the void but wow, there's just so much information!!! If you are able to help with any advice (truly even the tiniest info will be so helpful to us), we are looking for:

• around 6 nights (5/27-6/2 ish)
• ideally adults only
• open to both all-inclusive and hotels with great food nearby
• amazing food
• relaxing
• some day time activities would be great, but we don't need night clubs and stuff!
• open to any location
• budget ideally around $5k

So far some places that have peaked our interest is Atelier Playa Mujeres and Couples Swept Away in Negril…but truly open to anything and everything!! Also, should we be keeping an eye out on this sargassum stuff? It's something I didn't know about until today but it sounds like it can impact the beach experience…?
