Hey everyone!
We’re going on our honeymoon in February (starting the 8th) and taking three weeks off to travel. We’re still deciding where to go, and we’ve narrowed it down to two very different but exciting options: China and New Zealand.
Our plan is to spend the first two weeks being adventurous and exploring, then wind down with a more relaxing, luxurious beach spot for the final week. For that last week, we’re open to either staying in the same country or heading somewhere nearby (maybe Thailand, Vietnam, etc.) to treat ourselves and unwind.
We’re into adventure, cultural shock, amazing food—you know, the classics. We’re looking for a good mix of discovery and fun, memorable experiences.
So… any seasoned travelers or locals who want to weigh in?
Recommendations are more than welcome, especially for:
- Choosing between China and New Zealand (activities you can think of that can be fun, or shared experiences would be awesome)
- Ideas for that third week for a more luxury stay
- Or just any wild, unexpected suggestions—we’re totally open!
Thanks so much in advance!
Edit – Budget is 15-20k
