honeymoon/1st wedding anniversary trip to mexico city! we have our airbnb and flights—how much should we save from July to end of January?

Title says it all! We decided to postpone our honeymoon until our first anniversary (February 2nd) and we are planning on spending a week in Mexico City! What are some worthwhile experiences to plan for and how much should we save up monetarily for a whole week?
