Honeymoon advice- May/Early June

We recently just started planning our 2 week honeymoon for the end of May through beginning of June. We have been Europe once but a first timers to all these places.

2 nights Amsterdam, 4 nights Positano, 3 nights Paris, 4 nights Nice (hoping to do some day trips in Nice)

We have our Positano hotel booked at Hotel Magia, and we just booked the Pullman Eiffel Tower hotel for Paris, although I am debating changing that due to location. Has anyone stayed there? Views are incredible from the balcony room but wondering if the area is too far off.

I’m honestly just looking for any helpful recommendations for hotels, restaurants, and just personal favorites for our honeymoon, as I’m a bit overwhelmed with all the options! I appreciate any and all help.
