Honeymoon All-Inclusive recommendations

Hello!

My husband and I are planning to go on a honeymoon in April 2026. We think we want to go to Mexico, but are open to other options if they have everything we are looking for and are safe. We are looking for an all inclusive with:

1. Good swimming conditions and sandy areas to hang out in. We want to be in the ocean as much as possible

2. Good food- doesn’t need to be fancy, but we like to eat and like our food to taste good!

3. Not so large that it’s a non-stop party environment, but not so small that it’s boring. We would like to snorkel, watch shows, shop, etc and aren’t so much into the “night-life”

4. Bonus points is its adult only, but we wouldn’t turn it down if it’s not

Cozumel is appealing to us, but from the research I’ve done, the water seems to be very rocky, not much sand. Huatulco also seems nice, but the reviews on the food aren’t great, and a lot of the hotels seem to be a bit run down. We don’t need a 5 star room, but want something nicer for our honeymoon.

We would like to stay under $3000 for a 7 day stay, excluding flights.
