Honeymoon beach hotel/resort recommendations in US for 3k budget?

We will be getting married in July next year and are looking for a beach to have a week long honeymoon at. We loved Clearwater beach and siesta key in FL but we know in July it will be very hot. Our max we are looking to spend on our room is $3k. We are totally fine with just laying on the beach somewhere and just having good places to eat within walking distance since we won’t be renting a car. Thank you!!
