Honeymoon destinations for bad swimmers

Hello! I feel like all the classic honeymoon destinations are usually beach spots.. I’m a terrible swimmer and can’t imagine a whole day of swimming! Have any other bad swimmers opted for beach destinations and still had a nice time, or found other spots?
