Honeymoon Destinations for July 2026

Hi all, my fiancé and I are getting married at the end of June 2026, and then are heading straight to the Amalfi Coast for a family member’s wedding. I know that this is peak season for travel in Italy, and we were thinking to leave Italy after the wedding to travel to a nearby country for the remainder of our honeymoon. Our budget is $15k with a plan to spend a few nights in Italy right before and right after the family member’s wedding.

Do you have any suggestions on where to go? We were thinking Crete but I am concerned about the growing risk of heatwaves and wildfires.
