Honeymoon idea within india under 60k budget

Hi Everyone,

I am planning for a honeymoon for January 2nd week for 5 days.. my budget is around 60k. I have shortlisted few below places

1. Ooty
2. Coorg
3. Kerala
4. Lonavla and kandala
5. Kulu, manali
6. Darjeeling
7. Kashmir

I need some suggestions to finalize any one place from above list. Feel free to add any other place you think will be best. and should i go with the tours package or book everything personally.
