Honeymoon ideas.. kinda last minute.

My wife is a school teacher, we got married in October. I promised we’d go on a more official honeymoon during her Christmas break.. she goes back the 7th of January. Any ideas of where to go? This last minute. I had planned on going to an all inclusive resort out of country.. but she wasn’t so big on the idea of leaving the country.. even though it’d be the most affordable. That’s why I no longer have any ideas. I’m not a beach person, we’d thought about out west.. like Yellowstone, Lake Tahoe, Jackson Hole type places. But neither of us have ever ski’d and Yellowstone can be sketchy weather this time of year. Any ideas? I’d like to keep it at $5k or less. Obviously could spend a little more, and perfectly fine spending a little less. We’re from Southern, Illinois.. and would be flying out of St. Louis, Missouri. I don’t even know at this point. Lol
