Honeymoon in Asia in november 2025 preferably cool weather

I am planning for honeymoon in November 2025 and preferring cool weather and safer places anywhere in Asia. Initially I shortlisted Bali, vietnam but the temperature seems to be a bit high in vietnama and too much in bali. My total budget is 1.5 lakhs. Can I go with travel agents for this amount? Please suggest places in india like manali as well If you feel 1.5lakh budget is not enough for outside india honeymoon
