Where would you recommend for a sight-seeing yet romantic honeymoon in early May? We originally wanted to do Greece, but I keep hearing it’s still kind of chilly around then. And if we wait until June or July, the weather would be perfect…but we really don’t want to wait that long.
The Caribbean is always an option, but I kind of wanted something that feels a little more special for a honeymoon. Also, we are not doing Bora Bora-level flights or budget. So I’m trying to figure out if we’re basically limited to a romantic Caribbean vibe, or if there are still some adventurous but affordable honeymoon spots that make sense from Michigan.
This is probably our last “big vacation” for a while, so we want it to feel worth it.
