Honeymoon in Jamaica in 3 weeks

Hi all! Any and all recommendations are needed. My fiance and I are getting married November 15th and supposed to be heading to Negril, Jamaica to Couples Swept Away for our honeymoon. Obviously, with the Cat 5 hurricane heading that way, it isn’t looking likely or very good. Does anyone know how this works as far as trying to go somewhere else or what they’re offering given the circumstances? A girl is STRESSED!
