Honeymoon in turkey

I am going to spend my honeymoon in turkey from 28 dec to 8 jan and I plan to visit Istanbul and Cappadocia and Antalya should I rent a car or take bus taxi train etc .. ?I am looking for the most confortable and easy way avoiding scammers
