Honeymoon is late January – early February

Help me choose a destination please! So basically what we're looking for is a place that is not so cold and preferably warm even, but we don't want only beaches we would like more variety in the trip than just beautiful beaches. I feel like there aren't enough destinations to decide from with these restrictions especially in early February and late January. Also I considered new zealand but I felt driving would be exhausting so with all these restrictions is there any good place to visit?
